July 4th HOMETOWN Parade...

When Twinkle's folks found out that Twinkle's July 4th show at The Grove was rescheduled for
Thursday July 11th 2013 Twinkle's folks entered Twinkle in her hometown of HACIENDA HEIGHTS  July 4th Parade! Twinkle  said, "Oh no where am I gonna find a car  in 2 days?"  she put the word out and her buddy Jeff Chong said" I have a turquoise convertible!" he hadn't even finished his sentence when TWINKLE said "TURQUOISE!!! Thats my favorite color!! I love it !!"
The night before Twinkle and DJ Dallas  made some super bedazzled signs for the car ( its not TWINKLEFIED unless its bedazzled)
It was a super sunny day on the 4TH, all of the  Hacienda Heights locals came out to support all who were apart of the PARADE   :  the boy scouts,  WILSON High Alumni Band , (Twinkle's SCHOOL) when Twinkle is in  Hacienda Heights their is no mention of the RIVAL High School lol  Cheerleaders,  Church Groups,  Politicians, SUPER COOL CARS,  The Mistress of Cermony ( Hacienda Heights local)
Ms. MaryAnn from Kid Show ROMPER ROOM.  Ms Mary Ann LOVED Twinkle and what shes doing for the KIDS and was SO proud to see another HAC. HTS local doing a SHOW for KIDS ;)
Twinkle rode in the parade  playing her song MADE IN THE USA!!!
Twinkle would like to thank her buddy Jeff for coming through with his AWESOME car! Twinkle had a BLAST!
Hope everyone had an AWESOME 4th of JULY!!! GO U.S.A. !

As you get older and learn the business, what happens is you start seeing things for what they are.... coming from being a signed artist (twice in mainstream pop world) to now rocking the "Indie World"  in the "family space", for 11 yrs now... I'm here to say for me, its been a constant, daily tearing down the walls.. I've been met with resistance for my sound and look by the gatekeepers in Radio and
